Zoltán Lomnici Jr Dr.

Zoltán Lomnici, Jr., constitutional lawyer and solicitor. He studied and graduated summa cum laude in law at Pázmány Péter Catholic University. He also attended law and public administration programmes in Salzburg and at the Université Paris Sorbonne. During his university years, he held an Erasmus Scholarship and the Scholarship of the Republic, and between 2008 and 2013 he held a scholarship of the Fogarty International Center (USA-NIH). In 2001 and 2002, he was awarded second prize at the National Scientific Students’ Associations Conference. He started his teaching career at the Pázmány Péter Catholic University, where he was appointed an adjunct professor in 2008, and at the Police College, and also taught at the Department of Constitutional Law at the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of the Eötvös Lóránd University. He is a member of several professional organisations, has been a regular author and co-author of several monographs since 2004. In 2007, he passed his bar exams, in 2013 he obtained his academic degree at the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of the University of Pécs. He has been a member of the International Association of Constitutional Lawyers (IACL) since 2018. He is the Scientific Director of Századvég Foundation.
